The United States Military Use Case
Completing human resource documentation within the Air Force is an incredibly time-consuming and tedious operation, riddled with errors. Often, it takes months for information to be authorized because workﬂows are currently completed manually and not automated in any way. This causes delays in approvals for airmen getting paid, base transfers, and HR requests being approved, such as leave of absence requests. This antiquated manual process is costing the military vast amounts of time and money.
U.S. Department of Defense and the 192d Wing Virginia Air National Guard
TackleAI is currently working with the U.S. Department of Defense and the 192d VaNG to provide artificial intelligence and intelligent workflow processes on a project called the HR Smart Weapon. By analyzing legacy documents, TackleAI is able to automatically populate necessary information into HR-related forms whenever a new form is started.
With TackleAI's technology, up to 85% of these HR forms are being pre-populated. Instead of the end-user needing to complete 50 data points on the form, they only need to complete 8. TackleAI is freeing up valuable resources to complete more mission-critical tasks while saving this one airbase $5 million dollars annually.
